Yes, although it was less severely affected than Manila, Bulacan, or Rizal Province.
Some families were left homeless, but the number of deaths in the entire Cavite province reached only 5 (compared to the 200+ in Manila, Bulacan, and Rizal).

it did but not that much…we are used to heavy rains and since we live in the so called upland part only a few part are flooded and it quickly subside..usually the cause is heavy rains and the passage of water are blocked..it helps also that a big part of Silang are farms unlike in other places where it is almost covered by concrete cement…
